(MOBILE, Ala.) - People across Midtown Mobile were rebuilding Saturday after the tornado that tore a path through the city.

Our cameras were there to capture the moment the owner of a hair salon showed up to find out the building was destroyed. Even some of her customers had come out for appointments not expecting to see such damage.

On Saturday, city workers were out cleaning up.

"We started at 6 this morning and we're still at it. We're going at it until about dark. We're going to try to get as much as we can," said city worker Charlie Irby.

City crews will be out again Sunday cleaning up more debris.

While the crew we met Saturday was one of the reliable companies, the Better Business Bureau wants to remind the public to do homework before hiring anyone to do work at a home or business.
