NEW ORLEANS, La. (WPMI) Some passengers who were on the crippled cruise liner Carnival Triumph got a double dose of bad luck.
The chartered bus taking them from the port in Mobile to New Orleans broke down Friday morning on the side of the highway.
Despite the trouble, one passenger is still planning to take another cruise.
"We're exhausted then we got here, our bus broke down. But, we will go back, we'll do it again," the passenger said. "it's fun, it's fun and the crews, they were awesome, they really were awesome. I mean it wasn't nice having no electricity and no bathrooms and all that stuff, no showers for days so that's why we enjoyed our little hot shower."
Carnival has canceled more than a dozen of the ship's planned voyages.
