Body in Freezer Case: Trial in October

(MOBILE, Ala.) June 8 - A trial will begin for the man accused of killing his wife and stuffing her body in a freezer October 19, a judge announced Monday.
  
Anthony Hopkins appeared at arraignment hearing in Mobile Monday on murder, sodomy, rape and incest charges.  
    
Hopkins was arrested in July when authorities found the body of his wife Arletha Hopkins in a freezer inside their home on Rylands street in Mobile.
  
Hopkins also allegedly fathered a child with his stepdaughter.
