(MOBILE, Ala.) It's one of NBC's most watched shows and you could get some hands on motivation from two of the nations "Biggest Losers." Olivia Ward and Hannah Curlee will teach spinning classes at the Convention Center Thursday.

In last season's Biggest Loser, Alabama sister's Ward and Curlee stole the nation's hearts. Coming out on top in one of the most popular reality shows on television.

One year and hundreds of pounds later, the two are taking their experiences from the ranch, to the road. A stop in the Port City, they say, was a must.

"We're down here in Mobile, Ala., which, I have to say, is our old stomping grounds," the sisters say. "She and I both went to high school here in Mobile.

"We're just two Alabama girls, and we were miserable in our own lives, and we wanted to lose weight for so many years and we went on these yo-yo diets. We just sat down and went back to the basics, counting our calories."

Olivia and Hannah hope their stories will help others get off the couch and get on a bike, not waiting for that new years resolution.

"So many people feel like oh my gosh I'm just so out of shape or I'm too old or I'm too overweight, we felt that way for years. We started spinning at 250, 260 pounds, and we were able to lose over a hundred pounds on a spin bike. Monday never comes. Today's the day you need to do it," they say.

You can still join in the spinning class with Hannah and Olivia. The classes are Thursday at the Mobile Convention Center. There are four of them, Hannah and Olivia will ride in the 9 a.m. class. The classes are $75 per class and all proceeds go to the YMCA's Strong Kids Campaign.
