Stay away from out of state contractors for sure. They always flood the area when a disaster hits and quickly vanish after they get their money. There's plenty of reputable local people who need the business.

.........And maybe I'm missing something or just crazy but I was raised to believe the aforementioned things were either illegal or unethical but again maybe I'm just a crazy yankee and not used to this backwards good ol boy network and culture and off my rocker for believing that a person with a moral conscience wouldn't do any kind of business with people like this as in either accept a paycheck or buy from them. Again, maybe I'm just a lunatic ?

What about warning of real estate companies ie power real estate who hires contractors that dump oil buckets that leak, use explosives just yards from peoples homes and lie about it, have property with dumped tires and furniture, sell to drug traffickers and your average tailgating rif raf, and then contradict the media and law enforcement when he paul powers claims he didn't sell or wasn't selling to the drug traffickers ? These ARE facts yet nobody is really out warning the public about this and unethical crap continues to go on as business as usual.
