BALDWIN COUNTY, Ala. (WPMI) The Bankhead Tunnel is schedule to close this weekend for maintenance.
It will close Friday at 9 p.m. and reopen Monday at 5 a.m.
The closure is to perform routine maintenance on the east end floor doors.
They will reopen the tunnel earlier that Monday morning if the job gets done quicker than expected.
