Deputies tell NBC 15 News, Andy Buettner was shot and killed while trying to enter a trailer. He was pronounced dead on the scene.
No word on who pulled the trigger.
Baldwin County Sheriff's Deputies tell NBC 15 News they do not expect charges to be filed.
The shooting is believed to be the result of a domestic dispute.
