(BALDWIN COUNTY, Ala.) Deputies in Baldwin County arrest a man, charging him with violating Alabama's open house party law.

Investigators say Charles Vines allowed more than 10 teenagers under the age of 21 to party and drink alcohol at his home near Foley. Police say Vines did not provide the alcohol, but allowed the party to happen anyway.

Drugs were also found at the home.

The teenagers were turned over to the custody of their parents.

Vines is also charged with possession of a controlled substance, marijuana possession, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
