ESCAMBIA COUNTY, Fla. (WPMI) Investigators in Escambia County have made an arrest in a November 2012 homicide.
Thirty-two-year-old Robert Dale Purifoy, also known as Robert Miles, was arrested in the death of Amber Tricona Johnson. The 22-year-old was killed during a home invasion on Stefani Circle. Officials say Johnson and the suspect exchanged gunfire.
Money and drugs were found at the scene, leading investigators to believe that robbery was the motive.
Purifoy is being held without bond.
