(MOBILE, Ala.) BayFest 2012 was a well attended event with a well behaved crowd, that's what organizer's are saying about the festival. After 18 years of organizers have it all "down pat" from set up to striking the stage.

"Weather always plays a big part even with take down. We've been lucky with set up and take down we've had great weather all the way through," said Ann Rambeau with BayFest. Inmate labor cuts down on cost and with the same state companies coming back year after year taking down BayFest is down to a science.

Sailors Tim Grapentine and Laura Kinberg are stationed on board the USS Roosevelt, the ship and its crew all here for BayFest.

"I've never been here and I'm from California and this is completely different. It's a quaint little town and I really enjoyed my time here," said Kinberg.

"I got to see Journey, Pat Benatar, Bush and other bands it was a fun time," said Grapentine. Crime, what crime? With 13 arrests and 17 charges even police are praising BayFest.

"Most people go and have a good time and they go home. It's just a small group of people that cant seem to go to BayFest and not involve the police with their trip to BayFest," said Chris Levy spokesperson for the Mobile Police Department.

At The Spot of Tea downtown, BayFest was music to the ears.

"Good day Friday, good day Saturday, awesome day Sunday and this morning we had a large breakfast I think out-of-towners coming in getting ready to go back home and stuff like that," said Sharon Waldrop manager at the Spot of Tea.

Of those arrested here's the breakdown:

· 1 marijuana possession charge.

· 6 for disorderly conduct

· 2 for public intoxication

· 3 breaking and entering a vehicle

· 1 attempting elude police

· 1 resisting arrest
