Ala. gov backs off 1st major proposal for 2013

This article is kinda silly. At the time the Gov. made the decision to offer incentives there was a need. Now there is not. Bentley made a good decision then and now. I do not see this as a "back off." Just an economical decision to "steer" in this direction.

I have a proposal...how about the state just stops hiring and they offer the incentives and they (we) can save even more money. Even if only 300 go that's still a direct savings of a million plus!
