PASCAGOULA, Miss. (WPMI) Pascagoula police say a man out on bond in a shooting that paralyzed a man has been arrested in an early-morning shooting that wounded two brothers.

The Mississippi Press reports that until his arrest Sunday, Adrian Orville Moore was free on bond in a 2010 shooting.

Police say 51-year-old Harder Park Jr. was in critical condition Sunday and his 46-year-old brother, Alfred Durden Jr., was in stable condition. Both were in Singing River Hospital.

Police Sgt. Calvin Hutchins says police don't know the motive. Police say one of the brothers identified Moore as the man who shot them early Sunday.

The 2010 case is pending. Moore is charged with aggravated assault against Jackie Davis of Pascagoula. Davis was shot six times and is paralyzed from the waist down.
