Wow! 5 years and this guy hasn't even been sentenced? What is Judge Roderick Stout waiting on? Where is the killer now, running loose in Mobile County? This is eaxctly why we need term limits and to get rid of the current incompetent Judges in Mobile County. Michael Youngpeter, Sarah Stewart, Roderick Stout, Charles McKnight, Charlie Graddick, and all the others need to be thrown out of office in the election that any of them run in. Public service/elected office was never meant to be a career and lifetime job.

DrWayneA01, yes it is her husband. I hope he stands by the jury's recommendation. There have not been too many times the Judge strays from what the jury recommends, this should one he sticks to. Garret Dotch didn't have any problems pulling the trigger on Tamarla over and over and over while she sat in her car at work. Now, lets grant the jury's request.

I agree that the jury has spoken. It's to bad that if he gets death, he still gets to live 20 years before he dies.

What's the hold up Judge? Family wants and needs justice and closure. Jury has spoken, abide by their reccomendation. Take 5 minutes from your precious time and do the right thing. Is this judge related to Judy on the school board? If so, this explains alot.
