Let's take a logical llok at this situation, why would the Prichard Water Board be so adamant about allowing MAWSS taking over? They are making a fortune off the poor folks in Prichard by charging them astronomical rates for water. They have found a nice niche where they can get lots of money and fleece the citizens of Prichard. Why else would they be so determined to keep control of the water system?I dare so that their has been years of corruption and malfeasance committed by the bpard and the board attorneys. If Mobile had a DA worth their salt he/she would have launched an investigation into this board years ago. However, the DA calmly looks the other way because her fellow attorneys that she is friends with are in on the scam and I'm sure supported her in the last election.
