SARALAND, Ala. (WPMI) Saraland Police arrested a woman on chemical endangerment of a child charges after they say she did drugs while a child was in the home.
Sierra A. Howard is also charged with possession of marijuana second degree.
Police say Howard was smoking marijuana inside an apartment while a juvenile was there.
Investigators seized the drugs and arrested Howard.
