Are they nuts? I guess they think that gang bangers or gangsta are just going to walk up and hand in their guns legally and their case illegally purchased or stolen. The way the article reads it appears the people trying to put such a law in place will step on any and all freedoms that we currently enjoy just to have a warm fuzzy feeling to make themselves feel good. I don't hink any such law will or would pass in Missouri.
