Coast Guard closes ports from Mississippi to Florida -the ports of Gulfport, Pascagoula, Mobile, Pensacola, and Panama City will be closed to all vessel traffic except for vessel movements and activities specifically authorized by the Captain of the Port.
The City of Prichard Facilities Closed Tuesday & Wednesday. Due to Tropical Storm Ida, Prichard City Hall and all city facilities will close today at 4:00 p.m. and will remain closed on Tuesday, November 10. In observance of Veterans Day, the City of Prichard will also be closed on Wednesday, November 11.

Jackson County, MS
The Secretary of State’s Gulfport office is closed due to the threat of Hurricane Ida. The Gulfport Office will reopen tomorrow (Tuesday, November 10, 2009), if conditions allow.
Ports from MS to FL Closed
The Jackson County Small Craft Harbor in Ocean Springs is closed to all incoming and outgoing marine traffic as a safety precaution.
Santa Rosa County
Santa Rosa Medical Center
· Several primary care and pediatric physicians in the Milton and Pace area will be closed Tuesday, Nov.10, as well as Outpatient Geriatric Psych services and Outpatient Wound Care services.
· Anyone in need of non-emergent medical attention is encouraged to go to Santa Rosa Urgent Care, located at 4944 Highway 90 in Milton (across from Wal-Mart).
· Urgent care hours are 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.
