Forecast Summary:
It'll be warm and bright for day two of our holiday week! Bright skies will come later this afternoon with highs hitting the 70 degree mark in most areas. Wednesday promises to be pleasant with a few clouds as a cold front moves in from the west. It'll be a dry front, thankfully, that will send our temps way down in time for Thanksgiving. Daytime highs for Turkey Day will be primarily in the mid 60s with overnight readings falling into the mid to upper 30s for Black Friday morning shopping. You'll need the jackets as you head out to the local stores and malls. Our first real chance for a widespread frost along I-10 could happen Saturday morning, with a light freeze possible north of I-10 as well. So, the plants that could be damaged by a colder air mass need to be placed inside! Temps rebound Sunday, with the next rain chances arriving Monday.
Tropics:
No tropical cyclone development is expected through the end of the week.
