Texas Man Files Lawsuit Against Carnival

Not even 24 hours after reaching land and a passenger has already filed a lawsuit against Carnival.

A Texas man who was a passenger filed a lawsuit in US District Court in the Southern District of Florida.

The suit describes Carnival's Triumph cruise as "floating hell."

In a statement, Carnival said it has not seen the lawsuit and cannot comment.
