MOBILE, Ala. (WPMI) A man was arrested over the weekend after his alleged victim showed up at the hospital.
Thaddeus Tanksley is charged with second degree assault and shooting into an occupied dwelling.
Mobile Police were called to Providence Hospital Saturday for a report of one person shot. When they got there, the victim, who was shot once in the leg, told police Tanksley was to blame.
The victim said the shooting happened during an altercation in Maitre Court.
Tanksley has since bonded out of jail. He is scheduled to be in court March 18.
