(NEW SMYRNA BEACH, Fla.) July 16 -- A picture of a shark jumping out of the water has some questioning if it's real.

Kem McNair was taking pictures of surfers in New Smyrna Beach, Fla., back on July 3rd when supposedly a shark jumped out of the water. Internet bloggers say they've seen this photo picture before.

McNair says 20 surfers at the beach saw the shark when he took the picture.

This photo is a fake. The only two species of sharks that jump out or breech the water are the Great White and the Mako. This shark does not resemble either of these two species.
