The article does not address the fact that the hospitals had not received a raise in 6 years (includes this year). Please don't blame the uncertain healthcare issues President Moulton! What about the whole economic status of the U.S. President Obama promised to "slash tuition to make education affordable to all". Does that not make the education system just as uncertain. This appears to all employees and the community as though you have left out raises for the people that care for our community and outlying areas. Those superheroes that work through the night, through the holidays even when they have sick family members they trudge through and never put themselves first, saving lives....Yes saving lives including yours as you well stated! I will think long and hard as to where I go or where I bring my family for care. I will thing long and hard where I donate my money in the future. Fund raise yourself from those that are in your circle, those that think they are far removed from the impact of your neglect. A pat on the back worked once, but for six years... Really? Did you get a bonus each year? Did your buddies? I speak for those that work for you because they are afraid to lose their jobs if they speak up.

The important thing is to keep this moving forward, keep up the momentum with a positive, concerted effort to create change. The Healthcare side deserves a raise and a bonus, and we need to do what we can to keep this topic in the news, in a clean, honest fashion...a facebook page/group will be a good start.

OR, I think a copy of the petition was faxed to Radiology this afternoon. Just make sure you fax the signatures back to the number written on the fax coversheet. We will also send the petition as an open letter to the trustees in the Press Register if they'll take it.

There is indeed a petition circulating. It is intended to go to the Trustees. Please find one of the doctors offices so you can sign. We hope to fax it, mail it tomorrow to the trustees, media, Franks and Strada. I'm all for forming a group. We can network on FaceBook. Make it an open group and then close it later.
