Police Invesitgate Montrose Homicide

MONTROSE, Ala. (WPMI) The Baldwin County Sheriff’s Office is currently working a homicide that occurred in the Montrose community on Monday evening January 14, 2013.

The Sheriff’s Office received credible information that led investigators to 7740 Parker Road. During the course of the investigation, Fairhope Police Department and the Baldwin County District Attorney’s Office, developed probable cause that, Immanuel Charles Jenkins AKA CJ was responsible for death of Donald Jefferson Howard AKA DJ.

As the result of a thorough and exhaustive investigation, Immanuel Jenkins was apprehended in Jackson County Mississippi early this morning and has been charged with Capital Murder.

The cooperative efforts of the U.S Marshall’s Service, Jackson County Sheriff’s Office, Fairhope Police Department, Baldwin County District Attorney’s Office and The Baldwin County Sheriff’s Office have led to the apprehension of Mr. Jenkins.

The investigation continues at this time. If anyone has information regarding this incident please contact the Baldwin County Sheriff’s Office.
