(MOBILE, Ala.) - Mobile Police have also identified a pedestrian who died after being hit by a small truck.
Police say 52-year-old James Ellis of Mobile was hit at the corner of Government and Dearborn Streets Thursday afternoon.
Ellis was transported to the hospital where he later died.
Traffic homicide detectives are investigating.
