@JimSmith We have plenty of guys in our family but when the guy runs off and gets in his car and leaves we had no way of knowing who he was or where he lived. My sister is 43 yrs old and if we would have known the guy then you better believe that my nephew and brother-in-law would have handled the situation. I am just glad they caught him before he progressed to raping someone. People like this do not deserve 2nd chances!

Cut off his balls and give him life without parole so he won't do this again! He can find himself a boyfriend in state prison.

@insurancechic28: Aren't there any men in your family? I know if it had been my sister I would have found him and dealt with he and the matter. We're on our own now if you all don't realize it already. The criminal justice system caters to violent minorities unless the crime is so heinous it can't be ignored. Then they give them life with parole in cases like murder.

My sister is one of the people he did this too at Knollwood apts and she made a report and was told that even if they caught him he would just face harassment charge. If you search facebook, he is the lead photographer at Bay Concept Photography. How scary is that? He needs to be put in prison before he rapes someone!

He did the 2 times last month, and has a history of indecent exposure and public lewdness??? Why is he walking the streets? Why can't these people be kept in jail?
