BALDWIN COUNTY, Ala. (WPMI) A man from Pensacola was killed when his vehicle collided with a Mack truck Monday.

It happened about three miles east of Elberta on U.S. 98 around noon.

Thirty-five-year-old Jason L. Marks was killed in the crash.

Marks was driving a 2004 Mitsubishi Eclipse when he crossed the center line and collided head-on with a 2007 Mack truck.

Officials say Marks was not wearing a seatbelt and was pronounced dead on the scene. The passenger in Marks car and the driver of the Mack truck were taken to Baptist Hospital in Pensacola with non-life threatening injuries.

The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
