MFR: 3 Transported to Hospital After Vehicle Hits Pole, Overturns

(MOBILE, Ala.)   Mobile Fire-Rescue reports two adults and one child were injured after their vehicle lost control on Interstate 10 Eastbound at Dauphin Island Parkway.

Officials responded to reports of an overturned vehicle around 9:30 Sunday morning.

MFR officials say the accident involved a single vehicle that lost control, struck a pole and rolled into a ditch against a tree.

No word on the severity of the injuries.

The interstate ramp Exit 22 will be closed until the scene is cleared.

LOCAL 15 News has a crew on the scene, and will have more information at 5 p.m.
