"Until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt, an arrest just starts the judicial process," Hernandez said by phone late Thursday evening...BTW.... nobody has ever been convicted of any crime unless they have first been arrested and charged. The lawyer is just spinning the situation and I would think that the Teacher may have a tattoo or two in a very private place that the kid has seen. This lawyer has her work cut out for her and I hope she is getting paid well because her client is looking very bad right now. Where is all the folks initially defending her on here? They seem to have quietly disappeared. A 28 year old kissing and fornicationg with a 14 year old child.... disgustingly yuck!!!

Sounds like a very calculating act by someone who might not be on their first go round with this. Problem is that NOTHING that you send or receive over the internet is secure or for that matter can ever be deleted. Also if someone is photographing body parts a description of those parts might exist in a place where it burned forever.....the mind of a 14 yr old.
