(EIGHT MILE, Ala.) - A woman is recovering from gunshots wounds she sustained after being shot during an early morning home invasion. The incident happened in the 4100 block of St. Nicholas Dr. in Eight Mile around 1:45 Sunday morning.

Police arrested one suspect, Brandon L. Davis, 18, but were still searching for 3 additional suspects, Sgt. Joe Mahoney said. Officials have not specified what role they believe Davis played in the crime.

Neighbors told Local 15 News a pair of intruders, armed with guns, broke into the mobile home looking for money. "I just seen all the lights flashing on my window, and I got up and seen all this and I didn't know what happened. I didn't hear no shot," neighbor Teri Lynn said. She said police and paramedics swarmed the area to help the victim, Margaret Fairchild.

Fairchild was listed in fair condition, hospital officials said.

Anyone with information that could help is asked to give police a call.

The police want us to do their jobs for them, but they don't give us a description of the criminals?!?! So someone could call the police department and say "Hey I know 3 guys, maybe it was them", or better yet "I just saw 3 people I think may have been involved in the home invasion Sunday" When they ask why you think that say "Well it was 3 guys and that fits the description to a T".

From my quick research the suspect that was caught is indeed white, Brandon Davis according to the Metro jail log. 18 year old white male charged with 1st degree burglary, 1st degree assault and he lives on Timbercreek Drive in Axis,Al. All you have to do is read the other web sources and connect the dots from the Mobile County Sheriffs Metro jail log online and see it for yourself. The other suspect which is probably white as well will certainly be caught as well because these thug-punks tell on each other like 6 year old children in school. I might add that this type of violent crime doesn't fit the MO of average white thug-punk criminals, most are committed by blacks and that can be proven.
