(MOBILE, Ala.) July 3 - Here's how the fireworks laws break down.

In Florida, the only legal fireworks are what the state considers "sparklers", which includes snakes or glow worms, and smoke devices.  What's not allowed?  Anything that launch, fly or explode.

In Alabama, Class "C" or consumer fireworks are allowed. However, In many cities, including Mobile, those same fireworks are illegal, so check with your town before you light up.

In Mississippi, most incorporated cities do not allow fireworks to be sold or used.
