Well as he is in the store with a gun to a head and when running out pointing the gun at the customer and the customer didn't want the innocent clerk being caught in cross fire so waiting until he is outside before shooting was the right thing this is not the first time this young lady has been robbed at that store and maybe that will help put a stop to the ignorant lowlifes that won't get a job and keep them from terrorizing innocent hard working americans

First of all if you're relying on an accurate story and report from the media and especially this station you may want to wait before you make yourself look foolish with your lame unreliable comments. As far as anyone knows the suspect could have fired first and the victim returned fire. Also, the suspect threatened the victim's life by pointing a gun at the clerk and that alone gives him/her the authority to defend themselves even if the suspect is fleeing and has his back to the clerk/victim. Has anyone every noticed that a person is able to turn their body around 360 degrees in a slit second and face the direction they were running/walking from? I applaud the commend the clerk/victim for firng his/her weapon and letting the criminal thug punk know in the future that the clerks are armed and ready to fire. Some of liberal puke hacks make me sick to see you take up for the criminal and attack the victims in crimes like this, perhaps birds of a feather flock together!

Has the shooter been arrested? Last time I checked, discharging a firearm within city limits when your life is not in danger is a crime.

Its idiots with a gun like this one that give responsible gun owners a bad name. Shooting at a suspect who is running away. Yep, he was a threat then. I have nothing against a person defending themselves; that said, you don't have to defend yourself from someone running away.
