HATTIESBURG, Miss. (WPMI) We've all seen basketball players make a buzzer beating shot to win the game, or the fan who makes a half court shot to win a car or cash. But odds are you have not seen a basketball shot like the one made Thursday night in Hattiesburg, Mississippi.
William Carey University cheerleader Ashlee Arnau pulled off the front-flip half-court shot. The 21-year-old nursing student has tried repeatedly to make the half-time shot during home basketball games.
As luck would have it, she finally succeeded, making the amazing feat during the last home game of the season.
