(GULF SHORES, Ala.) - The 2012 Hangout Music Festival will feature headliners Dave Matthews Band and Jack White officials announced Tuesday.

Tickets for the third-annual music festival will go on sale February 10th at noon, but a third headlining act is expected to be announce the day before.

The Hangout Entertainment Director Jim Aicone said this year's festival will be the biggest yet after a very successful weekend last year.

"The Hangout Music Festival in 2011 was voted by industry peers as the number one music festival, non-touring, in the nation," Aicone said. "To build off of that foundation and lead up to year number three expectations are blown out of the water.

The Hangout Music Festival is scheduled for May 18th, 19th and 20th on the beaches of Gulf Shores, Alabama.

Oh borned you ae a hoot. Again off subject. So I guess you like basketball. You could be a stand-up comic in a weird sort of way - not suitable for all venues of course. Be safe. Stay inside and read alternative material. It'll do you good. Wiat, on second thought .... But on the subject. I would love to go to Hangout Fest just for the experience of being with people enjoying the life that God has given, but it is to pricy for my meager budget. Will have to continue to hang with BayFest.

@Oh Really, Why don't you mind your own business? You have no credibility on here and what you have to offer isn't worth two dead flies. Now get back to polishing Sam and Fred's wing-tip shoes and keep that pie hole shut!

Borned, borned. Why even comment on something everyone know you wouldn't go to "if it was free"? Let the people who are really interested raise issues if they have them. I don't go to basketball games so I have no comment to make.

Ticket prices at the gate of $209.00-$849.00 and $1249.00 each is outrageous! What the heck are these people thinking? Dave Matthews? Really? That guy hasn't had a hit song in 10 years. And who in the world is Jack White? I Googled and Linkedin his name and it says there is thousands of Jack Whites, none that stood out. I wouldn't go to the Hang-Out Festival if it was free and I certainly won't go if I was going to get robbed by the event organizers. Gas prices should be over $4.00 a gallon by that weekend and people will be forced to stay home.
