MOBILE, Ala. (WPMI) Mobile Police say a man has turned himself in for a hit and run that happened last weekend.
Twenty-two-year-old Ashton Boykin is charged with first degree assault.
Police say Boykin and 20-year-old Zach Soutullo got into a verbal altercation Saturday morning in downtown Mobile. They say that's when Boykin ran over Soutullo, and took off.
Soutullo was taken to USA Medical Center. He was last listed in serious condition.
Officials say Boykin turned himself in at 10:15 Wednesday morning. He was released 30 minutes later.
