MILTON, Fla. (AP) - Authorities say an Alabama man has died from injuries he suffered in a traffic crash in the Florida Panhandle.

The Florida Highway Patrol says David M. Kicker of Repton, Ala., was driving a Ford Explorer on a state road southeast of Jay when he failed to stop for a turning vehicle.

Troopers tell the Northwest Florida Daily News that Kicker's SUV rear-ended a car that then struck a third vehicle. Neither of the other drivers was injured in the accident Wednesday afternoon.

Kicker's vehicle went into a ditch and rolled over. He was not wearing a seat belt.

Authorities say Kicker was taken to a Pensacola hospital, where he died Thursday.
