It becomes obvious that there are many people who may need a little training on guns. When many, many are put together at something like a gun show...the possibility for someone to make a mistake rises. And with a thousand people standing around...some may get hurt. Perhaps, with this many untrained people handling guns, maybe a gun show should provide a gun check point remote from the crowd. Still no guarantee.

Patriot you are right on target, these liberals want our guns so they can tell us what to do. But they don't say jack when obama sneaks around, or what happend to been-gazzie? Or Fast and furious? Never will know cause they don't want us to really know anything but there agenda.... Time to take out the trash, but to bad America is full of trash... Like they all say,"I voted for him cause he got me a free phone" Great so you got a new phone, and lost your rights and now about to loose your freedom.

Funny how the article says "3 shootings", like they were people on murder sprees all across the country. The first one was a law enforcement officer. The article says, he opened the case and the gun went off. No guilt is put on the cop when it clearly sounds like he mishandled the gun. So, forget about that one, it could have happened in a routine traffic stop just as easy as a gun show. The other 2 incidents are, in my opinion a direct result of the push for more gun control. We have people coming out of the woodwork all across the country who have either never handled a gun, or have guns already but haven't used them in years. They are all rushing out to buy guns before a coming ban. As a result, we have unexperienced people handling guns everywhere. That may be the cause, but I don't put the blame on them, they don't know any better. The blame goes on the dealers who should not have had any ammunition near their tables, let alone in the gun. It's the dealers responsibility to make sure the guns are safe. Very unprofessional.
