Drug maker Pfizer is recalling a popular birth control pill because of a possible packaging error.
This morning the pharmaceutical firm says it is recalling 14 lots of Lo-ovral-28 tablets and 14 lots of its generic counterpart Norgestrel and Ethinyl Estradiol tablets.
Random tests showed the tablets had the wrong level of active ingredients and may have been packaged out of sequence.
