Getting your kids to eat healthy can be hard, but it's important with childhood obesity rates exploding.

But experts say you don't have to break the bank to build healthy eating habits.

They say first of all you have to set the example by eating and keeping only healthy food at home.

Also, cut out fast food and eating before bedtime.

Finally, teach them the difference between being satisfied versus full.
