Workout Wednesday - Using the Stairs

So many times we are missing the opportunity to use the stairs at work to burn extra calories. It's easy to hit the elevator button

If you have a staircase around- start incorporating it in your workouts We are going to take you through a couple of different exercises using stairs to increase the calories you burn and get your heart rate up

Anytime you have the chance take the stairs!

A stair workout-

1 minute: Walk up the stairs, taking them two at a time

1 minute: Run up the stairs as fast as you can

2 minutes: Walk down the stairs and then up again at a slow, steady pace

1 minute: Run up the stairs as fast as you can

2 minutes: Walk down the stairs and then up again at a slow, steady pace

Stairs are the perfect exercise accessory

—They’re everywhere, they’re versatile and they’re free. Even if you live in a one-story home or apartment, you can easily find a set of stairs in your community.
