So many times we are missing the opportunity to use the stairs at work to burn extra calories. It's easy to hit the elevator button
If you have a staircase around- start incorporating it in your workouts We are going to take you through a couple of different exercises using stairs to increase the calories you burn and get your heart rate up
Anytime you have the chance take the stairs!
A stair workout-
1 minute: Walk up the stairs, taking them two at a time
1 minute: Run up the stairs as fast as you can
2 minutes: Walk down the stairs and then up again at a slow, steady pace
1 minute: Run up the stairs as fast as you can
2 minutes: Walk down the stairs and then up again at a slow, steady pace
