Number 2: calcium and vitamin D. These two vitamins are especially essential for women's health and well-being as we get older.
Number 3: sip some tea. Green tea or any calming variety will help you relax.
"They're going to just calm you down, relax your mind, help you settle down," Cindy says.
Number 4: practice yoga. Whether you're a beginner or advanced, incorporating yoga into your workout routine helps build core muscles and encourages good energy flow.
Number 5: meditate. You can do it in the morning or at night.
"If we do it in the evening time it will help clear your mind out and forget everything you've gone through that day," she says. "If you do it in the morning, I think it helps you gather your thoughts and maybe take on whatever comes your way a little better."
Number 6: regular exercise. Exercise helps reduce stress levels and get endorphins pumping.
