Workout Wednesday: Healthy Pizza
BBQ chicken flatout pizza:
1 whole wheat Flatout
2 T BBQ sauce
1/4 c extra sharp Vermont white cheddar cheese
1 chicken breast, grilled and diced
1/4 c diced tomato
1/4 c shredded red onion
Cilantro for garnish
Place Flatout directy on rack of oven and bake at 325 for 5-10 min until slightly toasted and crispy
Remove from oven an spread BBQ sauce evenly over crust.
Top with remaining ingredients
Bake at 425 for 10-15 min until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Cut into 6 pieces and serve
