Workout Wednesday - Healthy Energy Powerballs
Cindy's Protein Power Balls
Ingredients:
1/2 cup dates
½ cup walnuts
1/3 cup peanut butter
¼ cup ground flax
1/3 cup of oatmeal
Directions:
Place all ingredients in your food processor and blend.
Form into 1 inch balls and roll in flax seed on wax paper Store in a container in the fridge.
