Workout Wednesday: Eating Healthy
It's a diet ambush. The victim is Bodies by Cindy client Joanie Noletto
In a nutshell, we learned to away from processed foods- if its in a box, you don't need it
That includes those 100-calorie snacks - they may be low in calories, but they're high in unhealthy preservatives
Grill your seafood - crabboils are ultra-rich in sodium, and when you go to the grocery store, shop only on the perimeter - fruits, meats, whole grains and dairy
The good stuff? - oatmeal is a great way to start the day.....use almond butter instead of peanut butter, and if you have to add salt, use sea salt.....and you can never go wrong with rice cakes and brown rice
