(MOBILE, Ala.) - How do you juggle work, kids and volunteer duties?

It's not an easy task.

One mom who does it all says it's all about loving the work you do.

Beth Teague is a new mother of 6-month-old Martha.

She's also a full-time commercial broker and a girl's basketball coach.

"Ever since I was in college I've loved basketball and I love to coach," says Teague.

When she had Martha, Teague thought she would have to give up coaching at least for a while, but when a friend needed her help, she jumped right back in.

She handles this volunteer job because it's the love of the game and the kids.

"It doesn't feel like a job or chore," says Teague, "It's something I enjoy."

Teague says it also helps that she has a supportive family to help out with Martha.

Her hope is that one day it will be Martha she will soon be coaching.
