(BAYOU LA BATRE, Ala.) - There's flooding already in Bayou La Batre, and the water that's already standing around is getting whipped up by gusty winds from Tropical Storm Isaac.

Local 15's Trish Williford is giving us a better idea what conditions were like Tuesday morning.
