MOBILE (Local15tv.com) -- LOCAL 15 encourages everyone to drop off a new, unwrapped toy, to any of our drop off locations, which include participating Hardees Calagaz and the LOCAL 15 studios.
Our toy drive will culminate with a special day of giving on
Friday, Dec. 9.Join us as we broadcast from the Hardees on Schillinger Road, Calagaz Printing and the LOCAL 15 studios, beginning at 6 am.
Throughout the day, we’ll have an array of entertainment from area schools, dance groups and choirs.
We invite the public to stop by and say hello to Pat Greenwood, Angela Martin and Kelly Foster throughout the morning. Or join us in the afternoon and meet Greg Peterson, Kym Thurman and Derek Beasley. We’ll be handing out treats to all the families that make a donation of a new unwrapped toy, food or new clothing, that days as well.
The LOCAL 15 Spirit of Giving is an annual effort to help the Salvation Army meet the needs of local families and help ensure no child goes without gifts or food this holiday season.
