(MOBILE, Ala.) Folks started forming lines on Wednesday at Best Buy in Mobile to get those Black Friday deals. By Thursday night, lines had started forming at Toys R Us and Target.
"It's a lot of fun out here, we keep each other company and keep each other safe," Shopper Robert Prine said. "Yes, we are Occupy Best Buy."
These bargain hunters have started a movement of their very own. It's a quest to be the first to get the best deal.
Prine set up camp at Best Buy early Wednesday morning, to ensure his spot at the front of the line.
Family deserves a new TV this year," he said. "They say they have a minimum of 10, but we have it on good authority there's a little bit more than that."
Prine says that kind of deal is more than worth it, he even made a few friends in this makeshift camp ground.
After a day and a half of bathroom breaks and sharing food and stories, yeah, I do know them now," he said.
Just around the corner at Toys R Us, the lines are even longer.
"I got two books, been reading all day," Kevin Hamilton said. "Getting a swing set for my two babies, saving some money on it."
Hamilton says while others are enjoying that turkey and stuffing, these guys are braving the elements in an effort to save some serious cash.
