(HOMEWOOD, Ala.) Authorities in Jefferson County say a 29 year old woman has been charged with three counts of capital murder in the death of a 30 year old woman and her two young sons.
Anna Patricia Dominguez, of Birmingham, has been arrested in connection with the slaying of Araceli Juarez-Montero and her two sons who were both under 5 years old.
Authorities say Dominguez and Montero were acquaintances and did not disclose further details on the nature of their relationship.
Officials have said Montero's husband found her and the two boys dead in their apartment Friday. Authorities have not provided details on how the victims were killed. It is not known whether Dominguez has a lawyer.
Homewood is just south of Birmingham.
