Pensacola, Fla. (WPMI) - Paramedics in Pensacola say they were working to save the life of a woman who had been shot in the head early Thursday morning.
It happened near the intersection of Scenic Highway and Blount Street.
Her condition is unknown.
Just minutes later and a few blocks away, Pensacola Police were lead on a high speed car chase.
It began near Cervantes and X Street.
Witnesses say it looked like speeds reached 100mph.
Canine units are searching for those involved.
We don't know if the two incidents are related but both took place around 2:45 Thursday morning.
