(MOBILE, Ala.) - We have been through a lot over the last several years.

Mobile won the refueling tanker contract then had it yanked right out from under us by a low-ball bid that still isn't in the air.

So when Airbus made the historic announcement July 2nd that they would be building an assembly plant in Mobile, the excitement radiated all over the Gulf Coast.

Now with an A320 assembly plant ready to go up at Brookley Aeroplex, the chairman of Airbus Americas is in town to let city business leaders know exactly what we're in for.

In this exclusive interview, Allan McArtor told Local 15’s Greg Peterson the effects of Airbus in Mobile will be bigger than most can even imagine.
